Vinted Showroom

License FAQ

Lifetime licensing, without the fog machine.

How activations, domain changes, updates and your Vinted Showroom license work.

License basics

Is the Vinted Showroom license really lifetime?
Yes. The license is sold as a one-time lifetime license. There is no recurring subscription fee for the license itself.
What is the difference between the 1, 3, 5 and 10 site licenses?
The plugin features are the same. The difference is the maximum number of websites that can be activated at the same time.
Where can I find my license key?
Sign in to My Account → Licenses. Your key, activation usage, download and active websites are shown there.
Can I share my license key?
Your activation allowance belongs to your purchase. Sharing the key consumes your available activations and can expose access to your licensed downloads, so keep it private.

Website activations

What counts as an activation?
A normal public website domain activated from the Vinted Showroom License tab counts toward your license limit.
Can I remove an old website?
Yes. Open My Account → Licenses and deactivate the old domain. The activation slot becomes available again.
What about localhost or local development websites?
The license server can be configured so common local development domains such as localhost, .local and .test do not consume a paid activation slot.

Moving or changing domains

I moved my website. Do I need a new license?
No. Deactivate the old domain in My Account, then activate the existing license on the new domain.
My old website no longer exists. Can I still free the activation?
Yes. You can deactivate the domain from My Account without needing access to the old WordPress installation.

Downloads and updates

How do I download the plugin?
Use the secure download button in My Account → Licenses. The generated download URL is short-lived and is not a permanent public ZIP address.
Do I get future plugin updates?
Yes. Activated installations can receive protected Vinted Showroom updates through the normal WordPress Plugins screen.
What happens if the licensing server is temporarily offline?
A previously validated installation can continue operating during the configured grace period, so a brief server outage does not immediately interrupt synchronization.

License problems

My license says the activation limit has been reached.
Check the active websites in My Account. Deactivate a domain you no longer use, then try activation again.
What happens if my license becomes inactive?
Existing Vinted Showroom settings and already synchronized content are not automatically deleted. New synchronization requires a valid license.
I lost my license key.
Sign in to the account used for your purchase. Your license key remains available under My Account → Licenses.
Still stuck? Use the contact page and include your order number and website domain where possible.
